JeffCoLegal Consultation Closing Script

Use this script during your consultation calls to guide the conversation, position your system, and confidently close clients.


1. Opening (Set the Tone)

“Hey [First Name], this is Roger with JeffCoLegal. Appreciate you taking a few minutes to connect.”

“I just want to learn a little about your law firm and what you’re trying to accomplish, and then I can show you how the system works and whether it’s a good fit.”


2. Discovery (Ask + Listen)

“What type of law do you primarily practice?”

“What city or area are you trying to target?”

“How are you currently getting clients?”

“What’s been the biggest challenge with getting consistent consultations?”

Goal: Let them talk. Identify pain (inconsistent leads, reliance on referrals, etc.).


3. Problem Reinforcement

“Got it—that’s actually really common. A lot of attorneys we talk to are dealing with the same thing… inconsistent referrals or not enough inbound consultations.”

“That’s exactly what this system is designed to fix.”


4. Position the System (Simple, No Tech Talk)

“What we do is build a complete client acquisition system for your law firm.”

“It’s designed to attract people searching for an attorney, capture those leads, follow up instantly, and turn them into booked consultations.”

“So instead of relying on referrals, you have a system consistently bringing in opportunities.”


5. Tie It Back to THEIR Situation

“Based on what you told me, this would help you [repeat their pain point].”

“It gives you a more predictable way to generate consultations instead of guessing where the next client is coming from.”


6. Recommend the Plan (CONFIDENTLY)

“For your situation, the Growth system is usually the best fit.”

“That includes multiple practice area pages, automated follow-up, and booking—so you’re actually converting more of the leads that come in.”

Do NOT ask: “Which plan do you want?”

You tell them.


7. The Close (Direct + Simple)

“We can get started right away.”

“I’ll send you the onboarding link—it takes about 2–3 minutes to complete.”

“Once that’s done, we’ll begin building your system.”


8. If They Hesitate (Soft Push)

“Totally understand.”

“Most attorneys start here because it gives them everything needed to actually generate consultations—not just a website.”

“If your goal is more consistent clients, this is the fastest way to get there.”


9. Send the Onboarding Link (Immediately)

“I’ll text or email you the link right now.”

“Once you complete it, we’ll get everything moving.”


10. Control the Exit

“Go ahead and take a minute to fill that out, and I’ll keep an eye out for it.”

Goal of the Call

NOT: Explain everything

YES: Get them to say YES and complete onboarding
