Website Leasing & Client Acquisition Agreement
This Website Leasing & Client Acquisition Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between JeffCoLegal (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”). By using our services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
JeffCoLegal provides attorney website leasing and client acquisition systems designed to help law firms generate calls, consultations, and potential clients.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Website leasing
- Practice area pages
- Lead capture systems
- Automated follow-up (SMS/email)
- Call tracking
- Appointment booking tools
- CRM and lead management systems
The exact scope of services depends on the selected plan.
2. Website Ownership
All websites, pages, systems, designs, and underlying assets created by JeffCoLegal remain the sole property of JeffCoLegal.
The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the system while the Agreement is active.
Upon cancellation or non-payment, access to the system may be suspended or terminated.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly basis according to the selected plan.
- Payments are due in advance
- Failure to pay may result in service interruption or termination
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
4. No Guarantees
JeffCoLegal provides systems designed to improve lead generation and client acquisition. However, we do not guarantee specific results.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Number of leads or calls generated
- Search engine rankings
- Conversion rates
- Revenue or case outcomes
Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and how the Client handles leads.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Respond to leads in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and lawful business practices
- Comply with all applicable laws and attorney advertising rules
- Provide necessary information for system setup
JeffCoLegal is not responsible for the Client’s failure to respond to leads or convert consultations into clients.
6. Third-Party Services
The system may include third-party tools (such as CRM platforms, communication tools, or analytics providers).
JeffCoLegal is not responsible for:
- Downtime or outages from third-party providers
- Changes to third-party platforms
- Policies or terms imposed by third parties
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
Upon termination:
- The Client’s access to the system may be revoked
- Websites and associated assets remain the property of JeffCoLegal
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
JeffCoLegal reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
JeffCoLegal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of business or revenue
- Loss of data
- Missed opportunities
- Service interruptions
The Client agrees to use the services at their own risk.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JeffCoLegal from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- The Client’s business practices
- Use of the system
- Violation of laws or regulations
10. Modifications
JeffCoLegal reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.

Acceptance of Agreement
By using JeffCoLegal services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
